How our shipping works

We are fielding some questions around delivery in general so here is a Q&A which will give you everything you need to know about how we will deliver Fixine for Equine to you.

Who will deliver the product?

All orders will be dispatched through Australia Post unless for any reason your location requires a different carrier to be involved. 

What delivery options are available?

Orders will be dispatched as regular delivery by Parcel Post. Express Post can also be selected if preferred, however please note that overnight delivery is not available for some postcodes.

How long should the product take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business days – we want to get your order to you ASAP!  Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time will be subject to the delivery service selected but depending on location it should be 2-7 days.

Are there any addresses that we don't deliver to?

Deliveries are not available to PO boxes and all deliveries must be to physical addresses.  We will be delivering to all locations in Australia initially however we may decide to reassess this in future.  For now however, we welcome customers from everywhere!

How will I know my order has been received?

You'll get an email confirmation from us once we have received your order.  Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.

Will I be able to track my order?

You will receive email notification of tracking details when we dispatch your order.  All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.  If your order has not arrived, please contact our team for assistance with tracking your order at admin@cananimalcare.com.au.

What if I'm not going to be home?

You may choose to have your order left if you are not at home. This service is available with any home delivery orders.  An address must first be considered accessible and safe by the courier. If it is, they will then leave it in a safe place. When you select Authority to Leave as an option at checkout, you accept full responsibility and CAN Animal Care cannot be held liable if your order goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier.

How do you charge for delivery?

All prices on the website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.  Prices are subject to change without notice. Delivery will be charged as follows:

  • Postage is charged at $15.00 for 5kg parcels, $20.00 for 10kg parcels and $25.00 for 20kg parcels Australia wide.
  • When purchasing more than 1 item, postage will only be charged on one item.

Is the Covid 19 Crisis affecting delivery?

Due to the Covid 19 crisis, increased demand has led to some delay in Australia Post delivery times and signature receipts will not be requested.
